Tien Shen Giant

Chapter 1

Tien Shan mountains are a natural boundary between Central Asia and the Uighur northern border encompassing China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan . Known to the ancient Chinese as the Celestial Mountains, or Mountains of Heaven, and Heavenly Mountain, from heaven/celestial mountains or god/ spirit mountains, whose highest peak is Jengish Chokusu.

It's second highest peak Khan Tengri maybe translated “Lord of the Spirits” from the ancient religion of Tengrism, whose was a supreme deity in a pantheon of gods involving shamanism, animismm, toteism, and ancestor worship. The ruling class of the ancient steppe peoples were generally accepted as the sons of the Tengri representing this god on the earth being ruled by his will. As an example, upon ascension to the throne Bilge Kaghan recorded inscription was thus, “I Tengri-like and Tengri-born Turk Bilge Kaghan succeeded to the throne at this time” proclaiming himself having god-like status.

These ancient war lords of the natural realm upon dying were likely a mixed race of hybrids that became disembodied dark spirits that now roam the mountains.

Let the journey begin, by invitation I was to minister in Kazakhstan, I had tremendous opposition coming through customs gates at the Almaty airport. After being comfortably installed at the Agape Mission compound, I prepared my sermon for the Sunday meeting. The nest day I delivered my message from the platform but it was very difficult as I was spiritually opposed.

The following Monday I had my notes to teach at the Bible school on deliverance. Students from all over the steppes eagerly awaited me with pencils and notebooks. I began to teach on the occult, the open doors that allowed demons access into ones life and so on. I still was opposed with an oppressive heaviness. After breaking for the day I spent some alone time before retiring to bed.

Let the dream begin, I was high on the ridge crest of the Tien Shan mountains walking on a sheep path that bordered China's Uighur province. It was a beautiful day but I had an uneasy malaise in my spirit. Suddenly the mountains began to shake, move, a rumble. Coming toward me was a fair-skinned dark haired giant of perhaps seven to ten feet tall. He was running in front of and towards me. I was afraid of him. He stopped directly in front of me facing off threatening me. “I am going to kill you.”

I was temporarily speechless. Upon recovering my connection to the Spirit of God the Word of God rose up in me calming my trembling as I spoke, “ You cannot touch one hair of my head unless God gives you permission. Jesus holds the keys to the gates of death and hell.” I awoke.

I arose preparing myself to teach again on deliverance issues. Again there was spiritual opposition but I continued to press through. After classes were over I was asked to go to the Administrators office which I did. She began to tell me that they had gone through the student dorm asking each of them what they had brought to the school. One woman had a strange ancient book with spells and incantations. I asked the woman to bring her in the office that we may talk with her. The young woman came bringing her book. It was an old leather bound book in which the younger woman had spent a years wages to acquire. I asked her what was in the book feeling the evil that was attached to it. She explained that it had spells and incantations. I told both women that this book must be burned right away. I then took the woman through prayers of repentance and renunciation. Later that day she burned the book.

In class the next day there was greater liberty and openness to teach even in the student interaction there was greater liberty, . We decided to fast the next few days for to prepare for a day of prayer and deliverance on the upcoming Friday.

Friday arrived as we gathered in the classroom with anticipation. I did some teaching to prepare hearts for repentance. We then stood to pray through our repentance issues. I then asked the Holy Spirit to come to set us free, to fill us with His Spirit, and to set us on the path of our destiny. Students began falling to the floor under the power of God. Demons began to flee, healings were happening, screaming and crying great power was made manifest sovereignly. Students were set free and healed. It was indeed awesome.

The next Sunday I preached again at the church service, The power of God came into the service even in the children's church great power was poured out. Not only was the service very well attended but many people came to the altar to receive salvation, healing prayers, but mostly the manifest love of God was present. God was glorified. He gave the victory over the powers of darkness. Praise His Name.
