Vision I saw the Lord take the state of California which was in the shape of a human being. He put the person over his knees, took a two by four, and began to whoop the person/state.
Such a wailing came up from the whooping.
Such a whooping and wailing will arise from the state of California
Because I Am going to bring a very severe discipline upon them for the
rebellion and violation of my laws and especially of the innocent!
Especially I will take the state and bend it over my knee

A discipline to repent
that I might reprieve
The greater judgment I have planned to deliver
